London’s Pelvic Floor Centre chooses the Mediplus CT3000.

The London Pelvic Floor Clinic is a new service set-up by a group of leading clinicians to provide diagnosis and treatment of all pelvic floor illnesses. It is the first of the private London clinics to implement the CT3000 for the diagnosis and treatment of men with LUTS.
The CT3000 provides information about bladder contractility and postoperative success from TURP with a positive predictive value of 87%.
“We have been watching the progress of the CT3000 for a number of years and now and it gives us a competitive advantage by providing a reliable non-invasive test for our patients suffering with LUTS. A simple flow rate does give an indication of BOO, but the CT3000 gives us information on bladder contractility and therefore a prediction of surgical success”. Professor Michael Craggs.
